Registration for children’s classes, Family gymnastics, and adult special-price classes, as well as the purchase of serial and anytime cards, is done through myClub.
Membership registration is done only via the web version of myClub.
Registration and login
Registering as a member in the myClub member information system is only done once by clicking “Luo myClub-tunnus” on the myClub homepage.
Everyone joining Kannelmäen Voimistelijat must create a member account for the club and fill in the requested information. Registering as a member does not oblige you to anything and does not generate an invoice. Creating a member account can be done on the myClub frontpage by clicking “Ilmoittaudu jäseneksi” or by managing a family member’s account (instructions below). Although you can log in to myClub with the same username for multiple sport clubs, for security reasons, you will need to re-enter your member information when joining us.
For minors, guardian information must always be provided in their own section (Huoltajat).
Each member attending a class must have their own member account.
Linking family members’ accounts to your own myClub account is done as follows:

- If the family member does not have a myClub account:
- Log in to myClub via a web browser
- Select your own member account from the top menu
- Click “Rekisteröi uusi jäsentili”
- Fill in the requested information

- If the family member already has a myClub account:
- Select your myClub account from the top menu
- Click the “Ota jäsentili käyttöön” button
- Enter the email address associated with the club member information in myClub and click “Lähetä aktivointikoodi”
- Confirm the account activation by entering the PIN code received via email
- An invitation to manage the member account will be sent to that email address
- The account management invitation will be sent separately for each member account where the email address you entered appears in the member or guardian email fields
If the email address is not found in the member account, contact the office info@kannelmaenvoimistelijat.fi or 050 505 1578
to verify the email address in the member system. As the data controller, Kannelmäen Voimistelijat has the right to add or update email addresses if the information is incomplete or outdated.
- Open your email and click “Hyväksy kutsu” button to link the member account to your myClub ID
- myClub will open “Liitä jäsentili” view. Link the account by clicking “Hyväksy” button
- The member account is now linked to your myClub ID, and you can continue using myClub.
Forgotten password
If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new one on the myClub login page under “Unohditko salasanasi”. Enter your email address in the form to request a new password. Your username is your email address. If your email address has changed, please inform the office. If login attempts are unsuccessful despite trying, contact our office info@kannelmaenvoimistelijat.fi.
Class registration and billing
Register for a class by selecting the group or classes (children’s classes, Family gym, water classes, or Dance Fusion) from “Ilmoittautumiset” page or purchase a serial or anytime card under “Buy serial card and join our classes”. Please note that in web version of myClub, you must select the person to be registered from the top menu before proceeding to “Ilmoittautumiset” page.
Please note that when you register, an invoice will automatically be sent to your email address!
When registering for Family gymnastics, please register each participant separately (all participants, adults and children, must be registered)! Children and adults register in different groups “Family gym (children)” and “Family gym (adults)”. This is because the maximum group size in counted by the number of children.
Waiting list registration (Water sports, Dance Fusion, and children’s classes)
If a group is full, you can register on the waiting list. You can only attend the class once you have been contacted by the office or received an email confirmation that you can join. Do not go to the class if you are on the waiting list!
