The purpose of the class descriptions is to make it easier for you to find a workout that suits you the best.
The best way to find the class that suits you is to feel free to try out different classes that interest you. You can try out one class for free before making a decision to participate.

Fit for all B1/2
An effective group exercise class performed to the beat of music, which increases mobility, improves muscle and endurance fitness in a versatile and comprehensive way. After the warm-up, the classes include aerobic exercises, versatile muscle fitness, balance and body control exercises, as well as mobility and stretching movements. Come and get mental refreshment and energy from the classes to cope with everyday life!
Kahvakuula
Kettlebell B/C1
An effective class that develops body control and requires the work of many different muscles at the same time. This class trains balance, muscle fitness, coordination, mobility and the cardiovascular system. The class doesn't have difficult step sequences or choreographies. The class starts with warm-up movements with kettlebell teaching technique before the workout. After the workout comes relaxing and stretch. Please bring your own kettlebell to the class.

A basic exercise which is effective, but calm. This class increases mobility, improves muscle and endurance overall fitness in a diverse and comprehensive way. After the warm-up, the classes include a variety of muscle fitness, balance and body control exercises, as well as mobility and stretching movements. Come and get mental refreshment and energy from the classes to cope with everyday life!

Physical and challenging workout that loads the body including some choreography. The class increases mobility, improves muscle and endurance fitness in a diverse and comprehensive way. After a brisk warm-up (no choreography), the class includes functional muscle training movements that affect the whole body, which increase and maintain muscle strength, mobility and body control. The class uses available equipment (depending on the place, e.g. kettlebell, dumbbells, weight bars, rubber bands) and trains effectively with the resistance of your own body weight. During the class, there may also be periods of increasing heart rate, which promote cardiovascular fitness.

Body Care A1
If you are looking for a break from the rush of everyday life, but still want to exercise your body at the same time, this class is for you. The class utilizes various body control and body care techniques and performs diverse breathing, mobility, stretching and relaxation. Your important support muscles will be strengthened for your daily basis, your muscle balance will develop and your body and mind will relax. Come and try it out and learn how even calm exercises can bring changes to your body and mind.

Neck and back A1
Simple work or sitting may expose you to problems in the neck-shoulder area or back. In this class, our professional instructors will help you achieve muscle balance, increase your understanding of how your own body works and give you important tips for ordinary life. This class will include easy and effective basic movements and variations that promote the well-being of your neck-shoulder area and back and prevent symptoms of the musculoskeletal system.
Pilates B1
Basic & Advanced
Pilates is a body control method developed by Joseph Pilates, which aims at the overall well-being of the body. This class focuses on doing the Pilates movements correctly so that the deep muscles of the core are strengthened, the core spine is taught to be in control, and the breathing is connected to the movements.

Dance Fusion allows you to enjoy the joy of dancing and learning new techniques. The classes introduce you to different dance styles, in example show, lyrical jazz, contemporary dance, Latin, Broadway and street dance.

This class is intended for adults who are or have been dancing occasionally and want to maintain and develop their dance skills. This class focuses on dance technique, cross-floor training and dance choreography. The choreographies are long and there is a lot of pure dancing in the class. Although the work is goal-oriented, fun is not forgotten. At the end of the season, all performances are put together for the audience.
LAVIS B2
LAVIS is a fun, easy and sweaty form of dance that is based on barn dance steps and gymnastics. LAVIS can be danced alone, so no partner is needed. The class is played with traditional pop dance music. The class includes familiar barn dance styles such as rock, swing, jive, cha cha cha, salsa and waltz.

This class allows you to learn the basics of different dance style steps while exercising. As like barn dance, LAVIS classes usually involve dancing two of the same dance styles in a row.
Zumba Gold® B1/2
Zumba Gold® class moves to the rhythm of Latin. The class is calmer and easier than normal Zumba and is therefore also suitable for elderly people. This class is a fun dance class that will make you sweat and put a smile on your face.

Aquagym is a joint-friendly form of exercise, where the resistance of the water and the equipment add power to the movement. The class strengthens the muscles through versatile muscle-building movements and develops the condition of the cardiovascular system.
Hydrobic B/C2
If you are looking for a more challenging class than Aquagym, you should come to the Hydrobic class. Hydrobic includes more jumps and heart rate increases than Aquagym, as well as muscle-building movements that are more demanding than Aquagym.
